Role Description
• Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp based on drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Create interior and exterior design visualizations.
• Prepare conceptual designs, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
• Apply materials, textures, lighting, and rendering for realistic presentations.
• Generate 2D drawings, working drawings, and presentation views.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and clients for design inputs.
• Modify models as per feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain organized libraries of components, textures, and design assets.
• Ensure designs comply with project standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration related to SketchUp and design tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry standards and the ability to adapt designs based on client requirements
- Prior experience in construction or architectural design is preferred
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 1-5 years of experience in architecture or interior designing industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant software tools.
