About the role
**Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java 8 and Spring Boot.
* Build and optimize backend services and APIs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
* Design and manage data models using MySQL/PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
* Optimize database queries and implement best practices for database management and scaling.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software products.
**Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
* Hands-on experience in Java 8/11 and Spring Boot.
* Experience with relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL and in-memory data stores like Redis/Memcache.
**Professional Experience
**
* 2 to 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies.
* Proven experience in building and scaling distributed systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
