Product Designer

This candidate will have a strong ability to take client ideas and create an attractive product based on their needs. This candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and communicating with internal teams in order to deliver wholesome solutions. The candidate should also have an ability to follow budget constraints and demonstrate some pieces of previous works through a portfolio. 

Responsibilities

• Design clean, intuitive, and functional UI/UX screens across the FeatureOS platform using Figma and Sketch.
• Work closely with product managers to translate requirements into user-friendly flows and interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and maintain design consistency.
• Improve and evolve FeatureOS’ design system, components, and visual standards.
• Conduct usability thinking while designing interfaces to ensure clarity and simplicity.

Requirements

• 0 - 1 years of experience in product UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Sketch.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, layout structure, accessibility, typography, and color systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative product environment.
• Portfolio showcasing real product UI/UX work (not just website designs).
