SJVN Executive Trainee

SJVN Limited invites applications from dynamic and promising professionals for the position of Executive Trainee across various disciplines. This recruitment drive aims to fill 114 vacancies for the year 2025. Interested candidates can apply online starting from April 28, 2025, until the closing date of May 18, 2025. Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply: Educational Qualification: Civil: Full-time regular Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Electrical: Full-time regular Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Mechanical: Full-time regular Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Human Resource: Graduate with a full-time regular two-year MBA/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Personnel/HR. Environment: Full-time regular Bachelor's Degree in Environment Engineering OR a two-year Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science. Geology: Full-time regular M.Sc./M. Tech. (Geology/Applied Geology/ Geophysics) with Engineering Geology as the main subject or M.Sc./ M. Tech. in Engineering Geology. Information Technology: Full-time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology. Finance: CA/ICWA-CMA/Full-time regular two-year MBA with specialization in Finance. Law: Full-time regular Graduate Degree in Law (3 years LLB or 5 years integrated course). All degrees must be from a recognized Institute/University approved by statutory authorities like UGC/AICTE. Candidates need a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) in their essential qualification. For CA/ICWA-CMA, a simple pass is sufficient. No rounding off percentages is allowed. Final year students can apply, provided they submit their final mark sheet by July 31, 2025. Age Limit: The upper age limit for all posts is 30 years as of the closing date (May 18, 2025). Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and up to 15 years for PwBD candidates as per government norms. An additional 5-year relaxation is provided for candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989. Relaxation for Ex-servicemen is as per Government of India guidelines. Experience: No prior experience is required for Executive Trainee positions.
