POSITION SUMMARY
To sell bingo packets and merchandise to customers in a courteous and efficient manner. Maintain all computer equipment and conduct accurate transactions. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain security and accountability of company funds located in the cage during a shift.
- Opens, maintains, safeguards and closes a bank during an assigned shift.
- Assists customers with monetary and informational needs.
- Accountable for packets, daubers, cash, and nightly starting bank issued to employees.
- Meet, greet and serve the public in a positive, friendly, and helpful manner while selling packets and various merchandise.
- Posts data on jackpot boards.
- Receives cash from floor attendants and concessions cashier during and after sessions.
- Reconcile all cash transactions at the end of session from floor attendants, concessions and sales.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

- Receives cash from patrons and must be able to give correct change.
- Reconcile cash transactions at the end of session from floor attendants, concessions and sales.
- Receives paper for sales to customers on floor.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Six to twelve (6-12) months cash handling experience.
· Must posse’s basic math and computer skills.
· Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.
· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
· Ability to work on a flexible shift schedule.
· Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, logic and problem solving skills.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds.
· Must be reliable (good attendance and punctuality), organized, flexible, and posse’s excellent time management skills.
· Exposure to loud and continual noise levels and a smoke filled environment.
· Pre-employment drug testing with applicants receiving an offer of conditional employment.
· Must be able to obtain a Blackfeet Tribal Gaming license.
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience with data entry and data management.
· Excellent Microsoft Office and Internet skills.
· Ability to create forms and spreadsheets using tables and formulas.
· Must be able to learn and use aloha system.
· Must be reliable (good attendance and punctuality), organized, flexible, and posse’s excellent time management skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy required.
· Must possess a high level of integrity, and ability to maintain confidential information.
· Experience with data entry and data
