What We Will Teach You
- DMAIC Basics: The step-by-step method to solve business problems.
- Root Cause Analysis: How to find out exactly why a process is failing.
- Process Mapping: How to draw workflows to find delays and bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch how workflows operate and collect basic data on delays/errors.
- Create simple flowcharts of current business processes.
- Help team members brainstorm ways to make daily tasks faster.
Requirements
- Student or recent grad (any major; Business/Engineering is a plus).
- Organized, curious, and likes solving practical problems.
- Can commit to the full 3 months.
