Position: Android Developer / Sr. Android Developer / Lead

Experience Required: 6+ years (Relevant Android development experience)

Experience in banking or financial services domain is a major advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Android App Development & Security:
Lead the development of complex Android applications in the banking domain.
Implement robust security measures for data protection, encryption, and authentication.
Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices.
Collaboration & Feature Development:
Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to build cutting-edge mobile solutions.
Architect, design, and implement features that align with user requirements & business goals.
Performance Optimization & Mentorship:
Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and usability.
Provide technical guidance & mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Android app development.
Proven track record in banking/financial services domain.
Expertise in app security, encryption, authentication, and secure coding techniques.
Proficiency in Kotlin & Java with experience using Android Studio.
Strong problem-solving skills & ability to optimize app performance.
Experience with Git version control & Agile methodologies.
Good-to-Have:
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for delivering a polished user experience.
