We are looking for an experienced Amazon Compliance & Suspension Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of account and ASIN-level health issues across our client portfolio.
You’ll be our go-to expert on all things Amazon compliance—leading investigations, appeals, and resolution processes when issues arise. Working closely with our Delivery Leads and tech team, you’ll handle account or ASIN suspensions, draft and submit compelling Plans of Action, liaise with Amazon Seller Support, and keep clients informed throughout the process.
Your goal: resolve issues as efficiently and effectively as possible.
As An Amazon Compliance & Suspension Specialist, You Will
- Own ASIN and account-level health, suspension, and compliance issues across all clients
- Draft and submit detailed, effective Plans of Action (PoAs) using structured frameworks and tone best suited for Amazon
- Proactively research each case, identify root causes, and craft compelling arguments backed by evidence
- Manage ongoing case communications and appeals via Amazon Seller Central
- Follow up with Amazon support, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely resolutions
- Track all compliance cases in our internal systems and report status updates
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients during any suspension or health issue
- Build and maintain SOPs for compliance case handling
- Utilise tools like ChatGPT and other internal tech to improve case writing and resolution success rates
- Partner with internal Amazon account managers in addressing compliance and suspension issues
What We're Looking For
- At least 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Amazon compliance or performance role (agency or brand-side)
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s policies, Seller Central, and performance metrics
- Proven success in reinstating suspended ASINs and accounts
- Strong English communication skills for client updates, case writing, and internal collaboration
- Highly organised with the ability to track multiple open cases at once
- Experience dealing with Amazon Seller Support and internal escalation teams
- Familiarity with using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content enhancement
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines
- A strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
These Qualifications Are An Advantage, But Not Required
- Previous experience working in an Amazon agency environment
- Understanding of compliance across multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, US)
- Experience writing and maintaining SOPs or training documentation
