We are looking for an experienced Sitefinity CMS Support Engineer / Developer to manage and support enterprise-level websites. If you have a strong background in CMS operations, content publishing, and live website support, this role is for you.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for day-to-day website support, content updates, publishing workflows, and minor enhancements within a live Sitefinity CMS environment. The role requires close coordination with business and tech stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and consistent digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content updates, publishing, and asset changes in Sitefinity CMS
- Handle routine website maintenance and support requests
- Ensure content consistency, governance, and compliance standards
- Perform minor UI/layout enhancements and support branding updates
- Improve site navigation and information architecture
- Optimize forms and lead capture workflows
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams (server, database, deployments)
- Participate in stakeholder discussions (late IST / early EST overlap)
- Maintain documentation, release notes, and support logs
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience with Sitefinity CMS
- Working knowledge of .NET / ASP.NET environments
- Experience with Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server
- Strong understanding of content workflows, templates, and publishing
- Experience in live production support and issue management
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Good to Have
- Exposure to CDN/security tools (e.g., Imperva)
- Understanding of enterprise website governance practices
Engagement Details
- Approx. 80 hours per month (18–20 hours per week)
- Contract-based engagement
