Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Technician, based in Vadodara, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The Site Technician will be responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of robotic and automation systems at client sites. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of equipment. Clear communication with clients and team members is essential, and proactive problem-solving is key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues through Troubleshooting and Technical Support.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge or experience in robotics or industrial automation is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Educational background in engineering, mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally and work on-site as required.
