Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India, for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee the implementation of project plans, coordinate with team members and contractors, monitor work quality and progress, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting onsite issues, maintaining records, and ensuring that work is completed within designated timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Experience in civil and environmental engineering, with knowledge of wate projects
- Ability to manage and coordinate project teams, including contractors and stakeholders
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and environmental regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering is required
- Previous experience in JJM projects or similar will be advantageous, minimum experience required is 1 yr for B.E. and 2 yrs for Diploma candidates
