Role Description We're looking for a young, dynamic, and proactive Site Supervisor to join our growing team and ensure seamless execution of premium residential interior projects.
What You'll Do:
✅ Supervise on-site installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture
✅ Coordinate with designers, factory, installers, vendors, and clients
✅ Ensure quality standards and timely project completion
✅ Take site measurements and resolve execution challenges
✅ Monitor daily work progress and prepare site reports
✅ Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper material handling at site
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in interior site supervision (Freshers with strong technical knowledge and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and interior drawings
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Pune
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset
