Role Description The Site Supervisor – Junior is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at assigned project or client locations. This role includes monitoring site operations, coordinating with workers and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and reporting progress to senior supervisors or management. The Site Supervisor – Junior will assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and basic documentation, including daily reports and checklists. The position also involves resolving minor on-site issues, supporting compliance with company policies, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Ability to supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate with on-site teams, and follow instructions from senior supervisors.
- Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., civil, mechanical, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: Prior internship or 0–2 years of experience in site supervision, facility operations, or a similar junior supervisory role.
