Job Title: Site Supervisor (Interior Projects)
Location: M3M Urbana Premium, Sector 67, Gurugram, Haryana 122101
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, maintaining safety standards, and executing work as per design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect interior sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
• Supervise and guide laborers and subcontractors on-site
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved designs and drawings
• Educate site workers on best practices, safety norms, and quality standards
• Enforce strict site safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries
• Monitor daily progress and maintain site reports
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and project managers for smooth execution
• Recommend improvements in construction processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior site supervision
• Basic understanding of interior drawings and execution processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety standards and site management practices
