Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune District for a Site Supervisor Interior. The Site Supervisor Interior will oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are executed as per design specifications, maintaining quality and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring work progress, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication with stakeholders, and regular reporting on project milestones.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Coordination and Site Supervision, including scheduling and progress tracking
- Strong Communication and Leadership skills for effective team and vendor management
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting design layouts, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of Construction Materials, On-site Quality Control, and Safety Practices
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to address on-site issues efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software is an advantage
- Previous experience in supervising interior design or construction projects is highly desirable
