Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor (Interior) based in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure timely completion of project milestones, maintain quality and safety standards, and troubleshoot on-site issues as they arise. The role requires maintaining project timelines, managing resources effectively, and ensuring smooth communication between design teams and site stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in project management, site supervision, and coordinating with contractors
- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques
- Strong ability in quality control, time management, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in interpreting design blueprints and technical drawings
- Problem-solving skills and capability to address on-site challenges promptly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and team coordination
- Working knowledge of safety protocols and standards at construction sites
- Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
