Site Supervisor — run the ground on a live industrial shed project in Chakan.
You'll manage the labour contractor's crew, keep quality and safety tight, and be the site's eyes and ears day to day.
What you'll do:
- Supervise labour contractor crews and daily site output
- Ground-level quality checks and safety compliance
- Material receiving and site-level coordination
- Daily reporting to the Senior Engineer
What you need:
- 3–8 years supervising real construction sites
- Proven ability to manage a labour contractor's crew and hold output
- A practical eye for quality — you know good work from bad on the slab
- Reliable, safety-minded, based in or near Chakan/Pune
