Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations and ensure project compliance and efficiency. Based in Coimbatore, the Site Supervisor will manage daily site activities, coordinate with team members, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves supervising worker performance and addressing any operational challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and site management best practices.
- Ability to analyze and solve on-site challenges efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic reporting and documentation tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering.
- Prior internship or hands-on experience in project/site supervision is a plus but not mandatory.
