Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor Engineer located in New Delhi. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites, ensuring that civil engineering designs and plans are executed efficiently. Core responsibilities will include planning, stormwater management, and collaborating with team members to execute project deliverables effectively.
Qualifications
- MEP integration with interior works.
- Well versed with MEP and work, good enough to provide solution if required or discuss with consultant.
- Material Science: Knowledge of fire-rated materials, acoustic treatments, and sustainable (LEED-certified) building products.
- Layout/other drawings proficiency
- Finishing standards.
- Vendor management
- Timeline discipline
- Project management
- Snagging and quality control
- Resources optimization
- Good communication skills to represent the company in front of client and architect.
- Solution provider.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team and leading civil engineering projects
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in commercial or residential construction projects is an advantage
