📍 Location: Delhi
At StylingStudio, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution and ensure projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality. If you have experience in civil, architecture, or interior design projects and enjoy coordinating teams on-site, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor work quality and ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Track project progress and report updates to the project management team.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of required materials.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Coordinate with designers and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills- Experience in site supervision for interior design, architecture, or civil projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and site teams effectively.
Educational Qualification- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
