Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor – Civil, located in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that on-site operations align with project plans and timelines. Responsibilities include supervising construction crews, conducting quality control checks, maintaining safety standards, managing materials and resources, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. The Site Supervisor will also coordinate with stakeholders, report progress, and resolve on-site issues to meet project objectives efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including managing teams and overseeing work progress on-site.
- Experience in Site Supervision and hands-on knowledge of on-site construction work processes.
- Proficiency in Quality Control measures and ensuring adherence to construction standards and specifications.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Familiarity with safety guidelines, building regulations, and resource management.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address on-site challenges.
- A background in civil engineering or construction management is preferred.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
