Damini Engineers Pvt Ltd is looking for a Site Supervisor with strong civil construction and supervision experience for our upcoming projects communication tower foundations.

Position: Site Supervisor – Civil Experience: 1–3 Years (preferred)
Location: Tower Sites in Rajasthan (as per site allocation)
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site as per allotted drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, and project manager
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Daily monitoring of site progress and maintain project timelines
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain proper site documentation
• Report daily progress and resolve on-site issues
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Practical experience in civil site supervision for tower foundation.
• Ability to manage contractors and ensure quality supervision.
• Good understanding of civil foundation drawings and site execution
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
