Job Description:
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor labor work and assign daily tasks
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance on site
- Track material usage and coordinate with suppliers
- Report daily progress to senior engineers/project managers
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Ability to read and understand site drawings
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic communication and reporting skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma/ITI or relevant qualification in Civil/Construction field
- 1–3 years of experience in construction/site supervision
- Familiarity with safety standards and site procedures
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site
- Local candidates preferred (if applicable)
