Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Site Supervisor, based in Lucknow. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage daily on-site operations, including monitoring construction progress, coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards. The role also includes troubleshooting issues, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills to oversee construction activities and meet deadlines
- Technical understanding of construction processes, building materials, and tools
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with contractors, vendors, and team members
- Ability to resolve on-site challenges and implement efficient solutions
- Experience with reporting project progress and maintaining site documentation
- Relevant certifications in site management or construction are a plus
- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
