Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Umbrette, located in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and design teams, and ensure that projects align with architectural and design specifications. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, ensuring quality standards are met, managing project timelines, resolving on-site challenges, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and site supervision skills, including planning, organizing, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Knowledge of architectural designs, construction processes, and materials with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in communication and teamwork to coordinate with contractors, designers, and clients effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site challenges promptly.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce a safe and secure work environment.
- Prior experience in construction management, architecture, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and oversee multiple aspects of site operations.
