Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, maintaining quality control, monitoring project progress, and managing on-site workers. The role also involves resolving on-site issues, ensuring workplace safety, and providing regular project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in project and site management, including scheduling, quality control, and resource allocation
- Strong communication and team coordination skills to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and clients
- Ability to interpret design plans and drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly and maintain smooth project execution
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for project tracking and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Prior experience in site supervision within the interior design or construction industry
- Flexibility to work at project sites in Gurugram as required
