The Site Supervisor will oversee end-to-end interior project execution from the factory, ensuring timely production, quality control, coordination with internal teams, and smooth delivery of interior projects.
Job Location: New Sy No. 14/2, Kalkere Village, KrishnaRajapuram, Hobli, Bengaluru East, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560113
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete project lifecycle from design freeze to dispatch and installation
- Coordinate with factory production, procurement, and quality teams
- Plan timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor materials, production schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure quality standards and resolve production-related issues
- Liaise with site teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and cost control
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in modular interior fit-outs, furniture manufacturing, or factory-based projects
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of production workflows and quality standards
