The Site Supervisor will oversee end-to-end interior project execution from the factory, ensuring timely production, quality control, coordination with internal teams, and smooth delivery of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage complete project lifecycle from design freeze to dispatch and installation
· Coordinate with factory production, procurement, and quality teams
· Plan timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery
· Monitor materials, production schedules, and resource allocation
· Ensure quality standards and resolve production-related issues
· Liaise with site teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
· Maintain project documentation, reports, and cost control
Requirements:
- Experience in modular interior fit-outs, furniture manufacturing, or factory-based projects
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of production workflows and quality standards
