Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site installation of roof tiles and roofing systems
- Ensure proper execution as per drawings, technical specifications, and company standards
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and project stakeholders
- Monitor daily site activities, progress, and workforce productivity
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and workmanship standards
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of roofing materials
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance at site
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project status
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and execution challenges
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and timely completion
Key Responsibilities (Technical)
- Understanding of roofing layouts, slope calculation, and tile alignment
- Knowledge of installation techniques for clay roof tiles
- Ability to read basic drawings and execution plans
- Ensuring waterproofing and finishing quality standards
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of construction and site execution
- Strong coordination and team management skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in field conditions and travel locally
Qualifications
- Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or site supervision
