Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Site Supervisor in Ahmedabad for an on-site role. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at project sites to ensure efficient progress and timely completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing materials, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring adherence to project timelines. The supervisor will collaborate with contractors, clients, and internal project managers to resolve any on-site issues and maintain smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and site coordination skills
- Ability to manage materials and track inventory effectively
- Experience in quality control and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Proficient in problem-solving and addressing on-site challenges promptly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and interacting with clients
- Familiarity with construction and design processes is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in supervising similar projects is an advantage
