Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Site Supervisor, based in Mumbai with some work from home flexibility. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing project schedules, coordinating with contractors and clients, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and troubleshooting any issues that arise on-site. The role involves regular site visits to ensure the quality of work and timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision and project management
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Construction Management, or related field
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Prior experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
