Role Description
We are seeking a Site Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site activities, manage construction workers and contractors, ensure quality standards are maintained, and monitor project timelines. Responsibilities also include ensuring safety compliance, handling site documentation, coordinating resource allocation, and resolving any on-site issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and team coordination skills with the ability to oversee on-site operations and manage construction teams effectively.
- Proficiency in architecture, civil engineering, or construction processes, including knowledge of structural, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, HVAC, and networking systems.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications relevant to projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for addressing on-site challenges efficiently.
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and experience in ensuring strict adherence to safety standards on project sites.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role, with exposure to turnkey design and build projects, is advantageous.
