Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Tirupur. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, and uphold quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include team supervision, resource allocation, adherence to timelines, and conflict resolution, all while ensuring compliance with project specifications. Reporting progress and addressing site challenges promptly will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in site supervision and team management
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project deadlines
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of construction best practices, tools, and equipment is a plus
- Proficiency in using project management software is desirable
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
