Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, based out of Punjab. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various teams such as contractors, suppliers, and designers, supervising site activities, and ensuring safety compliance. The role also involves monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, maintaining documentation, and conducting inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in site supervision, construction management, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills for effective collaboration with contractors, laborers, and stakeholders.
- Awareness and implementation of safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in managing on-site challenges and ensuring project completion on schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
- Proficiency in site management tools and software is advantageous.
- Previous experience in interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or construction projects is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
