Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee the installation and maintenance of commercial furniture. Responsibilities include managing installation teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, maintaining quality standards, and acting as the primary point of contact between the project team and clients. The Site Supervisor will also ensure compliance with safety protocols and address any on-site challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of furniture installation processes and maintenance techniques
- Strong leadership abilities, team management skills, and hands-on experience coordinating on-site teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage schedules and address challenges
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and layouts
- Prior experience in project supervision and a proven track record of delivering projects on time
- Flexibility to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to varying project requirements
- Additional certifications or training in project management or furniture installation will be an advantage
