Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Hyderabad. The Site Supervisor will oversee the execution of interior projects, monitor daily site operations, ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors. Responsibilities include maintaining safety protocols, communicating project progress to stakeholders, solving on-site challenges, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and company standards.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Technical expertise in construction, materials, and interior design processes
- Good communication skills for interacting with teams and clients
- Attention to detail for quality assurance and adherence to design specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Experience in interior design, construction, or related fields will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related fields
- 1-3 years experience
