Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, maintaining project timelines, and preparing BOQs and site documentation using Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, and project progress.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs using Microsoft Excel.
- Track material requirements, site measurements, and procurement.
- Coordinate with the design team for drawing updates and site queries.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and professional conduct.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in interior or architectural project execution.
- Strong site coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for BOQs, quantity calculations, and project tracking.
