Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing construction site operations, coordinating with teams to ensure project timelines are adhered to, supervising laborers and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and addressing on-site challenges. Additionally, the role includes maintaining quality control, ensuring the availability of necessary materials, and reporting project progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and on-site equipment
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities
- Proficiency in site supervision, labor management, and resource allocation
- Familiarity with safety procedures, inspections, and adherence to regulatory compliance
- Technical competency, with working knowledge of construction software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and liaise with clients
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in Tremix flooring or industrial construction is advantageous
