Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction site activities, including supervising workers, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and maintaining project timelines. The role involves ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, resolving on-site issues, and regularly updating project progress with the management team. The Site Supervisor will also monitor materials, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with design and engineering specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in site management, project coordination, and team supervision
- Proficiency in quality control processes and understanding safety standards for construction sites
- Knowledge of materials management and ability to track inventory and resource utilization effectively
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience interpreting and implementing engineering and design specifications
- Familiarity with construction documentation and report preparation
- Prior site experience in civil, structural, or finishing works is preferred
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to dynamic site conditions
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
