Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, based in Hyderabad. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at project sites, ensuring quality and timely completion of interior construction activities. Responsibilities include supervising on-site personnel, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, monitoring project timelines, inspecting materials and workmanship, and ensuring compliance with safety and design standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee and guide on-site workers effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Technical proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, and design specifications.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address on-site challenges and provide actionable solutions.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
- Relevant technical certifications or a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in site supervision, especially in interior design or construction projects, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and clients.
