Role: Site Supervisor (Bengaluru – On-site)We are looking for a Site Supervisor with 2+ years of experience to oversee daily operations at our construction and interior project sites in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely execution
- Ensure safety compliance and quality standards on-site
- Handle on-site problem solving and decision-making
- Report project progress to management
- Manage materials, site logistics, and basic cost control
Qualifications- Minimum 2+ years of experience in site supervision (interiors/construction)
- Strong project coordination and team handling skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site protocols
- Experience in vendor management and material handling
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and floor plans
- Good communication with teams and clients
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
Salary & Benefits- Salary: ₹25,000 and above (based on experience and knowledge)
