Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ariyalur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at client locations. This role involves coordinating and guiding site staff, planning and scheduling maintenance activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The Site Supervisor will inspect sites regularly, manage tools and materials, and communicate with clients to address requirements, feedback, and service updates. The role also includes maintaining records of work completed, supporting problem resolution on site, and reporting progress to management.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising on-site teams in landscaping, gardening, facilities, or related maintenance services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to plan schedules, allocate resources, and manage multiple sites or tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of basic safety practices, equipment handling, and site compliance standards.
- Capability to perform routine site inspections and maintain accurate records of work, materials, and incidents.
- Proven reliability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Prior experience in Ariyalur or similar local environments is an advantage.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in horticulture, facility management, or a related field is preferred.
