SITE SUPERVISOR – INTERIOR PROJECT
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for an interior project starting from 5th October
Duration: 2 Months
Location: Abinandana Skylark 1 - Velimala, Hyderabad
Project: Residential Interior / Modular Interiors
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit the site daily and supervise the ongoing interior works.
- Coordinate and monitor carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers and other workers.
- Ensure work is executed as per the approved drawings, designs and specifications.
- Check the quality and finishing of work at every stage.
- Coordinate material requirements and arrange materials whenever required.
- Keep track of material deliveries and ensure materials reach the site on time.
- Monitor the daily progress of work and ensure the project stays on schedule.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for quick resolution.
- Take regular site photographs/videos and provide daily progress updates.
- Maintain proper coordination between the client, vendors, workers and project team.
- Ensure the site is kept clean, organised and safe.
- Report any delays, material shortages, workmanship issues or other concerns immediately.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in interior execution/site supervision, preferably modular interiors.
- Good understanding of carpentry, modular furniture installation, electrical and other interior works.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be responsible, punctual and proactive.
- Ability to handle workers and vendors at site.
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements is required.
This is a 2-month project-based position, from 5th October to 5th December.
💰 Salary: ₹12,000/month
