🚧 We’re Hiring: Site Supervisor (Interior & Civil Works)
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team in the commercial interiors and construction sector. The role involves managing day-to-day activities at project sites and ensuring work is completed on time with proper quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with workers and contractors
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for material availability
• Maintain site safety and discipline
• Track progress and report updates to management
Requirements:
• Experience in interior or civil construction projects
• Good understanding of materials like plywood, laminates, veneer, aluminium, tiles, marble, etc.
• Ability to read basic drawings and execute work accordingly
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Prior site supervision experience preferred
📍 Location: Bengaluru
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
