Job Title: Site Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Site Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, manage site personnel, and ensure project execution meets safety, budget, and quality standards. You will serve as the primary link between project managers, subcontractors, and field crews to keep work running smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Site Management: Oversee daily field operations, monitor workflow, and ensure adherence to project timelines and design specifications.
* Safety & Compliance: Enforce local regulatory guidelines, company safety policies among all crews and visitors.
* Team Leadership: Coordinate, schedule, and supervise direct labor and specialized subcontractors on-site.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct routine site inspections to verify that materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
* Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed daily site logs, track materials/inventory, and report progress, delays, or issues to the Project Manager.
* Problem Solving: Resolve immediate technical or operational issues on-site to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Field Engineer, or Foreman in construction or field operations.
* Education: High School Diploma / GED required; relevant trade certifications, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering is a plus.
* Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
* Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Physical & Logistics: Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
