Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate on-site activities to ensure construction progress is aligned with architectural designs and project timelines. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, monitoring the quality of work and materials, ensuring safety standards, collaborating with architects and engineers, and addressing any on-site challenges or issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in project supervision, construction management, and site coordination
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
- Proficiency in project timelines, logistics, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance regulations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities
- Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD and construction management systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
