Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, ensure project progress aligns with timelines, and manage communication between clients, vendors, and the design team. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, monitoring safety protocols, ensuring quality control, and addressing any on-site issues. The Site Supervisor will also coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in site monitoring, project management, and on-site troubleshooting
- Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and compliance in construction
- Strong communication and coordination abilities to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with reading design blueprints and technical specifications
- Prior experience in interior or turnkey project supervision is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
