About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil Engineer) to oversee day-to-day execution at our building construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and site staff to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining quality standards, timelines, and cost efficiency.
The role involves regular site monitoring, reporting through project management software, and ensuring adherence to company-approved construction processes, especially for ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) systems and related building works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and manpower.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and approved construction practices.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and site productivity.
- Maintain daily site records, progress updates, and action taken reports.
- Upload site photographs and progress reports through smartphone-based project management software.
- Ensure material management and proper utilization at site.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues proactively.
- Ensure safety practices and housekeeping standards are maintained on-site.
- Report directly to the Project Manager and follow all company-approved workflows and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building construction site execution.
- Practical site supervision experience is mandatory.
- Candidates primarily working only in billing, estimation, or office-based project management roles may kindly excuse.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in onsite building construction.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Experience coordinating with multiple subcontractors and vendors.
- Ability to use smartphones and project management/reporting applications.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in an onsite setting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ICF construction systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
