Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, manage work schedules, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards for installation projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, addressing challenges on-site, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely project completion. Strong leadership and communication skills will be needed to ensure proper execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Project and Site Management skills, including the ability to manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards for construction and installations
- Strong communication and leadership skills for coordinating with teams and clients
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address day-to-day site challenges
- Technical understanding of window and door installation processes, especially uPVC frames, is a strong advantage
- Ability to adapt and respond to dynamic project needs and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or related industries is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
