Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction/site activities
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Manage and guide site staff, laborers, and subcontractors
- Maintain quality control for materials and workmanship
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
- Coordinate with Site Engineer, Project Manager, and vendors
- Track daily progress and prepare site reports and attendance
- Handle basic measurement and material usage records
- Identify site issues and report delays or risks promptly
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the site
Required Skills Competencies
- Strong site execution and supervision skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
- Ability to read basic drawings and layouts
- Good communication and labor-handling skills
- Awareness of safety norms and quality standards
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Civil, Construction, or relevant field
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is an added advantage
Experience
- 25 years of experience as a Site Supervisor
- Exposure to residential, commercial, or industrial projects preferred
